Casa de Ibia is our simply-decorated one queen bedroom studio apartment on the beautiful Casa de Playa Finca. It is occasionally available for rental or could to serve as an extra private apartment for in-laws if you are booking Casa de Playa.

Until now, Casa de Ibia was only available for friends and relatives of the owners, but because of the popularity of Casa de Playa (our beachfront casa), we decided to occasionally make Casa de Ibia available for vacationing guests as well.

Casa de Ibia is the 1st floor in a two-apartment dwelling. Casa de Ibia enjoys the same beautiful neighborhood, wildlife preserve, grounds and beach as Casa de Playa, though is two hundred meters 'inland,' and because of lush foliage, without a waterview. These dwellings, along with the owner's casa, comprise the finca and share a lovely park-like atmosphere, encircled by a single fence.

Each building is oriented differently and has lots of distance from its neighbor, offering true privacy and comfort during your stay in Vieques, Puerto Rico.

Casa de Ibia features:

• lower patio with natural wood railings
• just a few steps away from the beach
• adjoins a bird sanctuary

Casa de Ibia is available for rental for $350/week.
