Please email or call to book your reservation. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due one month prior to arrival. Checks and Paypal are accepted.
Cancellation fee 20% of total stay. If we are notified of a cancellation at least 4 weeks ahead of arrival date, and the casa can be rented to another party for your time period, the deposit will be refunded less the 20% cancellation fee. In the event of a late cancellation or the casa can not be re-booked, no portion of the deposit will be refunded.
