House rental rates and confirmation policies are pretty much standard throughout the Island. Rates listed for five to seven day rental weeks. Rental fees include PR room tax.
Highest Weekly Rate (Dec, Jan, Feb, March and April)~ $1400/week
Lowest Weekly Rate (May - Nov) ~ $1100/week

Special circumstances: special rates may be available for special circumstances such as longer-term rentals. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are a family-friendly rental: visits that include guests 19 years and younger, or guests with special needs receive a $100 credit per week.
Please email or call to book your reservation. *A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations without deposits are tentative, and subject to rescheduling and rate increases. Balance is due one month prior to arrival. Checks and Paypal are accepted.
Cancellation fee 20% of total stay. If we are notified of a cancellation at least 4 weeks ahead of arrival date, and the casa can be rented to another party for your time period, the deposit will be refunded less the 20% cancellation fee. In the event of a late cancellation or the casa can not be re-booked, no portion of the deposit will be refunded.
