Rates & Reservations

Please email judithhburch@yahoo.com (best) or call 203-500-0054 to book your reservation. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Reservations without deposit are considered tentative and may be subject to cancellation and rate increases. Balance is due one month prior to arrival. Checks and Paypal are accepted.  Rates are based on max occupancy of 4 people.

RENTAL POLICIES & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We are family-friendly and will reduce our rates for guests traveling with children under 18 ($100 per child per week), special occasions (birthdays and anniversaries), and for guests with special needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation fee is 20% of total stay.  If we are notified of a cancellation at least 4 weeks ahead of arrival date, and the casa can be rented to another party for your time period, the deposit will be refunded less the 20% cancellation fee. In the event of a late cancellation or the Casa can not be re-booked, no portion of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation fee 20% of total stay.

RATES

Five to seven day rental weeks include PR room tax.

Weekly Rate  $1100
Monthly Rate  $3000

Shorter stays of 4 nights are $800 and 3 are $600
